Mulaku Atoll consists of nine inhabited islands and around 30 or so small uninhabited islands  making this atoll an unspoiled heaven to those who seek. Just as vaavu atoll meemu atoll is well known for its fishing opportunities with its unique  southern reef with its entire length being connected by a shallow and wide lagoon that allows  fishing between the islands in the traditional styles.
